Changes to Terrain values


 The terrain values have been changed, to be more in line with earthlike values. In particular, Forest now irrigates to Grassland, while Jungle irrigates to Plains. The example of our own planet shows that forest becomes fertile farmalnd (Europe was once almost entierly forest) while those sections of the Amazon rainforest which have been cleared make at best only poor farmland. As can be readily seen, the changes to the terrain values leads to an increase in the number of Trade symbols, which is the reason for the increase to the Tech Paradigm. Note also that it is now possible to Transform Ocean into Swamp, and vice versa.
