Removing Stretchmarks
From Goddess Dee
I have a cheater's trick for stretch marks....It's not very healthy but
here it is anyway.
Step 1. SERIOUS exfoliation!! (forgive the plug but Clinique makes a great body scrub that's hypoallergenic without perfumes and stuff.) Use a loofah as often, and for as long as you can handle, or even a massage brush.
Step 2. While the skin is still wet from the shower, after exfoliating, rub on whichever moisturiser you choose (Vit E, Cocoa butter, almond oil, glycerine, or just normal moisturiser) do not dry, let air dry.
(this is the unhealthy part)
Step 3. get a tan on the affected area. then let the tan fade, then the white lines of the marks will match more closely the colour of the surrounding area. It has to be a real tan, self tanners don't work for stretch marks, or on any scar tissue. (if the moisturiser from step 2 has a sunscreen, it's less unhealthy but takes longer)
note: Steps 1 and 2 work for cellulite too! Combined with a sodium reduced diet and drinking 8 liters, (pints) of water a day.

I have also read that Comfrey herb is a good treatment for stretch marks...you can usually find body lotions that contain comfrey, or you could make an
infusion of the herbs and apply it with a wash cloth while it is still warm..
