3. Raceday
Ok, you have settled all ive mentioned above and a zillion
butterflies are inside your stomach now,dont fret,see me
on raceday,ive got butterfiles too ! Its normal to be
nervous,but first i want YOU yes YOU to ask yourself what
you expect out of this race,set reachable goals,dont
despair if you dont make it at first try again ! and make
sure you keep yourself properly hydrated drink enought
water but not too much.A guide,stop drinkin 20 minutes
before the race n go pee before you race. Now you got your
bike primed up and your mind set on wat you expect, go
ahead have fun and enjoy your first race ! emphasize more
on fun ! its your first race and give it your best shot
and you never know what you may achieve.
4. Post race
ok you did alright and now go take a break and enjoy the
fun of a race ! smell the air and enjoy a sunday of
fun ! If you got what you wanted,
congrates ! but if not dont sulk ! its alright ! try again
the next race and train up to improve your performance.But
for the time being relax and dont think too much of it and
enjoy !
