Laughter it echoed throughout these walls
It drifted out doorways and all down the halls
Floating unseen along the dark ways
Forever and ever, forever it stays

Long ago left bye a cheerful young guest
Now a lone voice searches for rest
This hollow house, once filled with joy
Is a place of great sorrow for one little boy

Past long ago, from illness unknown
A way across worlds
To him never shown
Still trapped in this house, alone with the laughter
He walks these halls, follow fast follow faster

Walking these walkways
Never will he be given his rest
With a still heart never beating
Alone in his chest
