We are offering two different rates of payment (inclusive of postage and packing):

• The FULL RATE of £48 (NOK 600)
  
• The REDUCED RATE of £31 (NOK 400) for those who are genuinely hard up - please examine your conscience carefully before selecting the reduced rate, remembering the sacrifices that have been made to produce the Olive Branch. Books sent at the lower rate may be slightly flawed.
