If you are living in Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden or Denmark) you can use a GIRO to make payment or a cheque drawn on a Norwegian bank. If you live in Norway a Giro will automatically be sent to you with the book and should be returned immediately upon receipt of the book. If you live in Sweden or Denmark a Giro should be filled in and sent to our bank account, or you may send an International Money Order (IMO). Upon receipt of a COPY of the Giro we will dispatch the book to you. All orders should be sent to:

We are offering two different rates of payment (inclusive of postage and packing):

• The FULL RATE of NOK 450,-
  
• The REDUCED RATE of NOK 300,- for those who are genuinely hard up - please examine your conscience carefully before selecting the reduced rate, remembering the sacrifices that have been made to produce the Olive Branch. Books sent at the lower rate may be slightly flawed.
