ELIMARE

People begin to drift away.  Earlier a helicopter hovered overhead blocking out the speakers voices.  The Gardai stood looking very uncomfortable despite the relaxed attitude of the crowd.  Someone shouted at a Gard to ‘Get the chopper out of there, we can’t hear.’ 

A  few minutes later the crowd roared in approval as the helicopter dipped and circled away from the area.
