| Holy Quran says. Those who belive and whose
hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah,for without doubt in the
rememberance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction.
(AR_RAAD, 13:28)
Remembrance of Allah in other words ZIKRULLAH.
It can be implied to praise by frequantly mentioning, to rehearse, to celebrate or
commemorate, to make much of, to cherish the momory of as a precious possession.
Human Body is divided into two parts:
- Physical Body.
- Spritual Body.

The both physical and spritual bodies, need food to grow and to
perform .,lkoi98their respective functions. Flesh, vegetables and fruits etc are the food
of physical body, ZIKRULLAH, in other words praise of Allah,
contemplation about the wonders of the world to celebrate the praises of Allah in ones
social, economic, personal, and collective affairs is the food of soul. It is the source
of peace and solace to human mind and heart. The Holy Quran says.
And the remembrance of Allah is the
greatest(thing in life).
(AL-ANKABOOT, 29:45)
Belivers are asked in the Holy Quran to celebrate the praises of
Allah often:
Oye who belive! celebrate the praises of
Allah,and do this often and glorify Him morning and evening.
(AL-AHZAB, 33:44-42)
The Holy Prophet (peace be upon him)
had explained the importance of ZIKRULLAH in many of his (peace
be upon him) traditions. Such as:
Abu Dardah reported
that, Apostle of Allah said. Shall I not inform you about the best
of yours actions and the purest of them near your master
and the highest of them in your ranks and the more efficious for
you than the expense of gold and silver and better for you than
your meeting with your enemies whose necks you smite
and who smite your necks. They said: Yes, He said: Remembrance of Allah.
