Hello and welcome back again to the Asterix experience. This site is dedicated to the Asterix album "Asterix at the Olympic games" (Ο Asterix στους Ολυμπιακούς αγώνες in Greek), which emphasizes on the greek culture and the greek way of living. It is dealing with, maybe the most important event in the Ancient Greek times, the Olympic Games held in Ancient Olymbia.

In this site you will find a short historical background in the Olympic games of Ancient Greece. We will try to follow the paths of Asterix during his staying in ancient Olympia, through the annotations page.

I will try to collect in this site, all the available covers from this particular album at different languages. I would appreciate your help for this. Please mail me any scaned covers from this album that you may have at your disposal. Maybe you will not receive a "cotinos" like Asterix did at the Olympic games but you will definetely enter my credits page.
