The phrase "accepted and approved" is redundant in parliamentary terms.
"Adopt," "agree to," "accept" and "approve" are equivalent; however, "adopt" is preferred.
Often an organization's bylaws will specify how often the Treasurer's report must be given.
If not, the report should be given annually and upon demand.
The organization should not adopt the Treasurer's report.
Instead, the presiding officer should state that the report will be filed for audit.
It is the (annual?) auditor's report that should be considered for adoption.
