The band was restarted in 1990, with Renee Seelbach as Band Director. Over the past seven years, the band has grown to almost 50 members. Some of the activities that the band has participated in are: a halftime show for the New Mexico Lobo's football game, Gallup's Christmas Parade, and numerous parades in Crownpoint to support Red Ribbon Week, Prevention of Child Abuse, Law Day, and ground breaking ceremonies. The band also plays at all home football and basketball games. This year the band will be receiving new uniforms. This will bring new opportunities for the band to participate in bigger and better events.
The band has many fund raising activities. Band members are selling programs at football games, Pizza Hut coupon books, a game booth at a Halloween Carnival, and chocolate roses for Valentine's Day. This money is used for a fun trip at the end of the school year for those who participate in all activities.
