Here is an excerpt with Martinus' own description of the future world economy:

LIFE IN THE WORLD SOCIETY
Martinus.

Every healthy person capable of working has an innate ability to work or create which, together with the
creative abilities of other people makes him/her able to transform matter into goods that are necessities of
life for humanity. The perfect economic system will be developed on the basis of this. This system is so
arranged that all persons must give the amount of working hours which are necessary in order to
transform matter into living necessities for the same person, whatever it be food, shelter, education,
upbringing, transport, journeys, health care, care during childhood and old age. How can a situation be
created in which the person himself gives the amount of working hours which his own life costs from life to
death? Here it is necessary to understand that at first the world state must be established. This world
government which is made up by all the states of the world has the responsibility for the whole of the
population of the Earth.
The world government will know how many people exist at a given time, and can compute afterwards how
many work hours are needed in order to supply humanity with the said perfect standard of living and then
distribute these working hours to all normal healthy people who can work. With this enormous
rationalisation of all work or creation in the world there will only be a small amount of working hours for
every person, perhaps two hours a day or one day a week. This will become a reality so much more
because of the great number of machines and devices which will be invented at that time. There will even
be machines which can construct machines. At that time there will be no more hard manual work. People
will let machines do it. When a person has done his obligatory two hours or whatever necessary hours of
work, this is noted on a card. This card then is valid as receipt for his work. With this receipt he has
access to all the goods of the world state within the limited standard of living which the amount of working
hours are calculated to. If any person wants goods which are in excess of the computed standard of living,
this will also be possible, but then the extra hours of work which it will cost to produce the needed goods
will be added to the lawful working hours of the individual. Thus the work card of a person gives him access to the goods of life, and we shall call it a "work credit card" in the following.

In the world state there will be no political battles whatsoever, since the world politics is the culmination of the
highest perfection or love. It is governed by cosmic conscious beings. These again are moral geniuses and
will never allow anything else than that every human being absolutely seen must have the same access to
the living standard of the world state, which again is kept at the highest possible. Here all power politics with
suppressive tendencies has ceased long ago. Neither majority nor voting is needed, since the governmental
form of the world government is culminating love in contact with the basic note of the cosmos and thus the
fulfillment of the will of God.
Here all people live with their hobby. They can make what they want apart from the necessary working hours
which is the cost of their life. The materials for the creation of any given thing are free. Here everybody will
rather give than take. There is nobody who can sell or buy, for the principle of commerce or trade has ceased
to exist long ago. On the contrary, all people are more or less developed as scientists, artists, authors and
poets....
Here nobody is so imperfectly developed that they can only animate to unrest and war. Therefore there is no
need of nerve clinics and mental health hospitals, just as the other hospitals or health care services are
gradually disappearing if they exist at all - not only because of the happy physical conditions under which
people live, but also to a high degree because of the permanent sympathy and love which everybody radiate
to everybody. Of course there is no death penalty or any form of punishment in this perfect human kingdom,
since there are no criminals. And the love for the animals which has caused people in the world state to
refrain from eating the flesh of the animals - in the world state this habit is viewed in the same way as
cannibalism is viewed today - and to abolish the use of animal skin and fur for clothing has freed humanity
from an enormous ocean of karma.
Think what a divine life to live! It is not strange that it takes a special human development to live in such a
kingdom which is the true Kingdom of God on the Earth. In truth, the bidding of the Spokesman the Holy Spirit
have been fulfilled here. The Earth has become the human kingdom in the picture of God and in his likeness.
God's love sparkles and warms from all eyes, from all minds, from all hearts. Life has become a world of
caresses. Here we are in the kingdom of heaven. And is God's coming gift for humanity.

My personal comments: I have met several persons on the Net who fears what they call "The New Economic World order", and people like David Icke ("The Robot's Rebellion") and Gurudas ("Treason - the new world order") are pretty alarmed by present or prospective world-wide economic conspiracies. I will not deny that such conspiracies exist, but I would like to point out that humanity has the possibility of choosing a positive and supportive economic system which ensures justice for all and respect for the Earth's biosphere and the life upon it, human as well as non-human, and it will be seen from my pages on world economy that such visions are not lacking, what lacks in their overall implementation in world society, which will come when humanity is ready for it - and what a great day that will be!
