LUCY B. DECK - Lucy is a Life Member of the American Federation of Astrologers. She has enjoyed teaching beginning astrology since 1965. She is a graduate of Silva Mind Control, an 8th Degree Astarian, a charter member of the Institute of Noetic Sciences and a student of metaphysics.
