Who watches over you

This paragon of earth holds wonders
    too often let slip by.
    I've seen dolphins in an ocean sunset
    seen misty rings embrace a moon
Moon risings
    pink lightning
    yin and yang within the clouds
Hearts breaking
    betrayal,
    I've lost my faith from time to time
I've been through love and tears
    so many scars
    so many questions
How can I believe in God?
    How can I believe,
    what proof is there on Earth?
I've seen people
    battle demons
I've felt devils at my back
    Loved and lived
    met strangers I'll never forget
I've seen sunlight strike through Autumn leaves
seen moonlight on a dew drenched field
    We are not alone here
    What do I believe?
I believe there are angels among us
