Moonlit Ocean

This was my first successful attempt at using oil pastels. This is actually a slightly modified copy of a computer-generated scene from the movie, "Casper." I think it is an excellent piece considering I was only 15 when I did this. I do have a few issues with it, though. Looking at it now, I see the black rocks are too bold. I should have probably used a dark blue instead. And, looking at this scanned version, it is really hard to see the detail in the water and on the moon.
