Fred Gallagher is the same person responsible for "MegaTokyo." I got to meet him at Project A-Kon in June '04. He's a really nice guy (maybe even a little too nice - but in a good way) and a talented artist. Actually, I believe he is one of the first successful American Japanese-style manga artists.

Kristen "MereKat" Perry is, in my opinion, an amazing artist. Her CG works are incredible. Actually, I even own one of her pieces - a project she did with Fred Gallagher, "Broken Miho" - and I would love to own several other pieces.

Technically, this is another web comic. However, I decided to place the link here rather than in the Web Comic section because, for one thing, I have not yet actually read this comic. And, although I haven't read it completely, I have looked it over in years past, and I was always amazed at the quality of the artwork. I also had the opportunity to meet the artist, Xero Reynolds, at Project A-Kon in June '04. I didn't know he was going to be there, but I recognized his artwork imediately. I talked to him probably more than any other artist there that day. He's a really cool guy. I ended up buying one of his prints, and he was even nice enough to sign it for me.
