These annual energy performance figures are for a typical 2000 sq. ft. house with 300 sq. ft. of window area (15% of floor area).

The windows are equally distributed on all four sides of the house and include typical shading (interior shades, overhangs, trees and neighboring buildings).

Note that cooling loads and potential savings would be higher if the house had normal glass distribution primarily facing West or South.
