Were there any places, organzations or people that made it easier to apply one of the elements of the letter? Such: Answers questions easily, advertised how they met a certain criteria (-e.g. a kosher caterer who advertises that hir workers all receive a living wage) or a particular business that meets several of the criteria...
Resources that were helpful to you
Books, articles, local directories, such as, a local union puts out a directory of unionized hotels where the workers all receive a living wage and health benefits
Difficulties
What was difficult to implement and why (e.g. There were no hotels in the area that provide a living wage to workers).
