June 13th 2003: The House of Common has adjourned for the summer and will resume sitting on September 15th. The Bill is on Third Reading. The word is that thirty to forty Liberal MP's want to vote against this Bill. The danger is that the government will suddenly call up the Bill for a vote when there are very few Alliance MP's so that it can pass it. We must be vigilante! This Bill can be defeated with enough pressure and the right circumstances.

• Write, email, fax or phone your MP and insist he vote AGAINST Bill C-13. If you do not know how to contact your MP, you can look up this information on the Parliamentary website.

• If you do not know who your MP is, do a search based on your postal code on the Parliamentary website.

• SPREAD THE WORD! Talk to your friends, family and fellow church-goers, and anyone who will listen. If you participate on message boards or email lists, talk to other posters about and tell them to spread the word.

• PRAY! Ask the Lord to change the hearts of those MP's who want to vote for the Bill, and to fortify the will of those who will vote against. Pray for the right circumstances so that the Bill will be voted down, or that the government withdraws it.

• Ask everyone you know to pray for this intention! Not only will it bring divine favour, but it will make people more conscious of what's going on.
  WE CAN DO IT! But if we are to do it, we need YOUR HELP!

  LIFE CHAIN

  LIFE CHAIN will be held Sunday, October 5th, 2003.

  Check your local right to life group for information time and whereabouts.

  LIFE CHAIN is a demonstration held in cities and towns across Canada every October, whereby protesters stand in public with pro-life signs and prayerfully and quietly send out the message about the truth about abortion.   THE PRO-LIFE ACTION NETWORK ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF

  PRAYER CHAIN

  a Canada-wide prayer event in favour of unborn rights.
  September 29th to October 5th.

  Prayer activists are needed to pledge their prayers for the following intentions:

  * For the conversion of the hearts of abortionists and their accomplices so that they may come to value unborn children.

  * For the conversion of the hearts of political and religious leaders who disregard unborn rights.

  * That women, unborn children and the people around them be spared from abortion.
