Andreas Carlstadt arrived here with some of his followers. But his radical views soon got him into trouble.

Andreas Carlstadt was driven out of town by the town council.

21 March 1525

A group of 30 peasant militia members from the nearby village of Ohrenbach arrived to present their grievances to the town council. The council turned them away, and the peasants left.
