So Sweet

What could be so sweet,
As sugar freshly stripped from the cane;
What could be so sweet,
As the blooming roses after a gentle rain.

What could be so sweet,
As honey drained from the 'comb;
What could be so sweet,
As love expressed in a romantic poem.

What could be so sweet,
As sweet as all of this;
There is one thing everso sweet,
A tender little kiss.
