excludes persons with a medical condition that can cause unpredictable episodes of
incapacity from jobs with a safety risk
- An accommodation: have the person exempted
from the duty that carries the risk, or allow the person to work with a buddy, or test the
particular individual to assess the likelihood of an incapacitating episode given his or
her level of ability to manage the disease.
