CHUCK'S NEWSLETTER (tm) started as a personal newsletter or " 'zine " about 7.7 years ago. You may have noticed that I like 7's. Also my street address is at # 777.

CHUCK'S NEWSLETTER eventually became a newsletter about my pet area, Mental Health. I am the founder of MIND*STAR, Inc., the nonprofit corporation for Mental Health Education.

This is the first issue to be issued online. The 7th anniversary issue on 11-7-94 was supposed to be online, as well as printed, but the online version was aborted due to technical complications.

FLASH! Today, 7-7-95, is the 1st Anniversary of ADVOCATE 77 (tm), a Mental Health Client-Run Mental Health Advocacy Group, founded 7-7-94, 7:07 a.m. It's in alpha testing and has moved to New York City from San Diego.

This issue is short because it is a pain for me to code it for the Web in HTML. Back issues will be available. Watch periodically for the next issue. That was short.
