WHY USE A REALTOR?

Many first-time homebuyers spend endless hours looking for the right home in the right price range by reading the RE classified ads, canvassing RE publications and chance encounters in driving by the Real Estate Company, open house, or the "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO) signs.

It doesn't take long before you are overwhelemd and discouraged because when you do find the "right home", it is the "wrong price", or you learn the home already has an offer (under contract), or sold last week. I can save you time and money.

CANVASSING:
As a realtor, I have access to the current MLS listing of all homes for sale in Utah. So I can locate many homes that the general public would not be aware of. I'll assist you in finding a home that fits your specific requirements and needs.

COMMUNITY:
I can provide you with information on location of schools, churches, medical facilities and shopping areas.

PRICING:
I will assist you in finding the right home in an affordable price range by knowing the fair market prices of listed homes in the Multiple Listing Service.

ESTIMATE:
I can provide estimates on closing costs.
