Make-Ups

ALL WORK MUST BE MADE UP. It is your responsibility to see me, set an appointment, and put your name, time, day, and purpose on the board. You have one week to make up your tests and quizzes, except for absences that occur during the last week of the grading period -- these must be made up the next day. Unless you are absent for an extended period of time, class work and writings will not be accepted late without penalty. All work must be made up before or after school.

Penalties

Next day assignments are minus 50%.
Late essays loose 20% per day.

Help

I am available before school to help each of you. Don't be confused and lost; ask for help. I may ask you to see me if I think you are confused or are not being successful. Impromptu visits are encouraged, but I can not guarantee my time. I will, however, find time to talk with you right then or the next day.
You can e-mail me at cotile71@hotmail.com

You can reach Bear Tracks at 473-8141, category 2060.

Success

Plan to take your English notebook home every day. If you will spend a little time each day, you will not get behind. You can keep up with your work even when you are absent by calling a friend, calling Bear Tracks (473-8141, #2060), calling me, or coming by very early before school (I get here at 7:00 a.m.). You have no excuse for coming to school unprepared.
