establish a pattern of Rhythmic Breathing.

1. Inhale - Visualise a violet ball of light at the Crown Chakra
   Exhale - Vibrating Zod
2. Inhale - Visualise a indigo ball of light at the Brow Chakra
   Exhale - Vibrating Ee
3. Inhale - Visualise a blue ball of light at the Throat Chakra
   Exhale - Vibrating Rah
4. Inhale - Visualise a green ball of light at the Heart Chakra
   Exhale - Vibrating Ee
5. Inhale - Visualise a yellow ball of light at the Solar Plexus Chakra
   Exhale - Vibrating Oh
6. Inhale - Visualise a orange ball of light at the Navel/Spleen Chakra
   Exhale - Vibrating Ee
7. Inhale - Visualise a red ball of light at the Root Chakra
   Exhale - Vibrating Ah
8. Inhale - Visualise a pool of black light at the Earth Chakra
   Exhale - Vibrating Dah
9. Inhale - Visualise white light bubbling out of the pool of black light at the Earth Chakra
   Exhale - Visualise the white light flowing from the Earth Chakra to the Crown Chakra
10. Inhale - Visualise white light fountaining out and flowing down around the body
    Exhale - Visualise white light flowing up through the body from the Earth to the Crown Chakra

Notes:

• Steps (i) to (vii) activate the traditional seven chakras.
• Step (viii), this activates what I call the Earth Chakra. This is the point where we come in contact with the energies of Mother Earth. The vibrations should be felt at the instep of each foot.
• Step (ix) focuses the conscious mind at the point where the energy flow re-enters the body, to the exit point at the top of the head.
• Step (x) expands the conscious mind to the Spirit Conscious Body (many perceive this as a white or blue-white egg shape about eighteen inches from the physical body).
• Repeat step (x) for as long as you require.

Commentary:

• This formula utilises the techniques of Breathing, Visualising and the Vibrating of the Enochian letters at the physical location of the chakras.
  It works in the same manner as when priming a pump.
• First you consciously draw down the power of the universe (or one's higher self) through each chakra to your feet (or the Earth Chakra). Then you allow the energy to flow, exploding upward and outward like a fountain. Your consciousness is then expanded out into your aura, that of your Spirit Conscious Body (as noted above, this is about eighteen inches from the physical body).
• The statement in Enochian "I am of him that lives forever" is a declaration of your connection and authority within the universe.
• For best results, this formula should be performed daily for about five minutes. Note, it should always be done within a space that has been banished or warded.
