She sits alone, in a corner of the room
Quiet
Unnoticed by friends, unloved by family and
Quiet
"She's perfect," they say "good grades, good life."
"She doesn't need us."
How wrong!
So she sits alone, her thoughts run wild, but still so quiet
Then she calls to them, cries out, a desperate plea, but no one hears
because the call was too quiet.
And yet another young soul is lost
Lost!
Too quiet to be missed.
