They say blood is thicker than water,
Well this is pretty close
I'd give you the world,
All you have to do is ask.
It kills me when you're down,
All I want to do is hold you.
I've always got a shoulder for you to lean on,
Even if you've "just got something in your eye"
If trouble ever finds its way to your door,
Just call on me and I'll take care of you.
Because that's all I've ever really wanted.
Just to take care of you.
And until my last breath,
I will...because you are my friend.
