CONTENTMENT. Recognize inner courage. You can do everything you have to
do from courage. It is the easiest thing to recognize in any culture, is
courage. Also cowardice is world recognized and leads to destruction..
and makes everything more painful. What is the source of contentment. It
is the heart of God. When the floods come, surrender to the flood in this
contentment. She says meeting life with courage, you become more involved
with life. She says to say over and over to yourself "I am with God and
God with me."
