LISTING OF TRADITIONAL MASSES WHICH HAVE BEEN APPROVED UNDER PAPAL AUTHORITY.

-- REPUBLIC OF ROMANIA --

There are no approved traditional latin masses in the country. However, there is an entire Province for the Romanian Byzantine Rite and an Apostolic Exarchate for the Armenian Catholic Rite. The former is well-established at the capital city, Bucharest, and in the Transylvania region. The Armenian exarchate is active but still vacant.
