| When you get past the rhetoric in the debate over equal rights vs. special rights in the employment of homosexuals and bisexual American citizens, it boils down to this question: Should it be legal in America to fire an American citizen from their job, no matter what their ability or job performance, because this person acknowledges they are homosexual or bisexual? If your answer is no, or no but with exemptions for the military, religious organizations and schools or educational institutions run by religious groups, become an informed citizen by studying the Employment | Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) as it is currently proposed and support its passage in Congress.
