When you get past the rhetoric in the debate over equal rights vs. special rights in the employment of homosexuals and bisexual American citizens, it boils down to this question: Should it be legal in America to fire an American citizen from their job, no matter what their ability or job performance, because this person acknowledges they are homosexual or bisexual?
