Castle Rock Consulting Group: Concord, CA. Lead Technical Writer. July, 1994 - November, 1995. Led the Technical Documentation Team at CRCG. Wrote a 400+ page policy, procedure and training manual for a northern California medical foundation. Developed and wrote additional documentation detailing various medical foundations' computer system customizations. Wrote 30+ page user manuals for customers purchasing CRCG propriety software. Managed the DRG Audit and Revenue Enhancement Program which included eight acute care hospitals. Responsible for management of client relations, management reporting, system development and systems supervision. Provided support for many CRCG projects. Created test scripts and assisted in writing system specification matrices for a system interface and implementation project at a large Nevada hospital using a CAI interface engine.
