Article III, Section B, Item 4

It is the responsibility of the sponsoring teacher

to prepare his/her students. If one child is found to be unprepared and that child's teacher has more than one student who is unprepared, then that teacher would receive reduced allotments for the following year. If this probationary year is followed by a second year of student unpreparedness, then that teacher would receive no allotments for the following year.The teacher may reapply the year following the suspension.
