Accidents at School     When an accident occurs at school, parents/guardians will be notified as soon as possible.
Please keep the school informed of changes in phone numbers, emergency contact persons, etc. this will  help expedite procedures should an accident occur. All accidents are to be reported to the office and proper  accident forms completed. Physicians should be informed if the child has school insurance and instructed  to forward the bill to the school for payment procedures..
