Mishnah - Instruction
Scholar Peckuelamos: All accused criminals has the right to a public and speedy trial. The trial takes place in the state and district in which the crime was commited. In order to accuse the criminal, a motive and evidence must must be presented. The accused is given the right to have witnesses testify on his behalf and given the right to an attorney. The purpose of this law is to give every criminal a fair and equal trial. If you soemthing bad, you have the right to defend yourself. Scholar 4a's: If accused of a crime you have a right to a trial with a jury of the state. You have the right to know the nature of the accusation you have the right to have a witness for your defence and the right to a lawyer. Giving a person the right to defend himself to the accusations of a crime. If people tell you that you did soemthing wrong then you have the right to prove you did not do it. |

Scholar Bob: When a person is accused of a crime he has the right to choose his trial. he has the right to a fair jury and the trial isheld in the district in which the crime happened in which the district already has a law. He has the to be told of the crime he has been accused of and meet all witnesses. He has the right to search for witnesses and have a lawyer. The Mishnah said the exact same thing. If your accused of a crime you have the right to use all the options this law gives you. |
