Mishnah - Instruction
Scholar Me Bad: The powers not given to the U.S. by the institution are for the citizens. Government has no rights outside of the Constitution. So it gives the citizens more rights. We have rights to our own decisions and no one can stop the citizens, not even the government. Scholar Bone: U.S. by the constituion or the states are not authorized to act as representatives for the power, but to the U.S.'s people. To show the governement that they do not have complete power over the people. The government doesn't have power over everything. |

Scholar LAMTA: The laws not stated in the U.S. constitution can be made into state laws if the state does choose to do so. The were completely wrong. The citizens don't pass alws, the state does. Speed limits, drinking age, driving age, and high school diploma requirements can be changed by the state since it is not in the Constitution. Scholar White's: You should obey all laws. Yes it is accurate. They say the government doesn't have complete control. Do nothing wrong. Obey all rules. |
