Scholar FRADD: This law means there is no cencership on religion, freedom of speech or the right to appeal to the government. We are allowed to, as citizens, speak out our voice to the government. We are allowed to say how we feel, and we can practice our religion. Purpose is to let citizens speak out how they feel and practice what they believe in. Let public know that government is willign to be understanding of individuals feelings and opinions.

Scholar Jackets: This law means that the government cannot restrict your freedom of speech, religion, press or the right to assemble peacefully and to petition the government of what you think is right. The purpose of the law give people the right to make their own choices and speak their mind without influence from the government. This law doesn't let anyone else tell you what to say or believe.

Gemara - Completion

Scholars 'R' Us: this law gives me the right to say what I want to believe in what I want to, and do what I want to. The Mishnah scholar said there is no block or restraint on religion, speech, or freedom of the press. I am using the law right now by saying all of this. I will not be arrested for what I say. Nor for what I believe in.

Scholar People: This law means that Congress cannot make a law restricting fee speach, Religion, or the right of people to assemble peacefully, and to petition a cause. The Mishnah scholars said that the law gives people certain rights, and Congress has no way of taking these rights away from anyone. This was correctly written by the Mishnah scholars. You could use this law today, if you don't agree with what the government is doing, you can peacefully assemble, and can petition what the government does.
