God created people so that they could live in a loving relationship with Him, but by doing wrong things, disobeying and ignoring Him, this relationship has been broken.

Whatever we try to do ourselves we cannot earn God's favour, but God has provided His own remedy in the Lord Jesus Christ.

God loves each one of us, and sent His only son Jesus Christ so that we can be forgiven for our sins. Jesus lived a perfect life in complete obedience to God, and died to take the penalty for all the wrong things we have ever done. God raised him from the dead and he is alive forever.

If we are really sorry for our sins, and are willing to trust Jesus as our own saviour, we will be forgiven by God and come into a living relationship with him which will continue even when we die.

God loved the world so much that He gave His only son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No-one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6)
