Nice page. I espaecially like the fact that I see someone very famiar in one (or maybe two) of those pictures. I studied for a year (although it was over 10 years ago) and my mother studied for several years under Sensei Demura In Southern California. I really enjoyed your site. i have found that triangular breathing works best when I meditate: breath in to a count of 6, hold breath for 6, breath out for 6. Gradually increase the count. Your breathing becomes slow & deep.-- Very relaxing. Keep up th good work
