Whoa! What is this? This is my latest page, featuring yummo foods I like to enjoy. This'll feature some of my fave restaurants, in Columbus, Cuyahoga Falls area, and just in Ohio in general. I hope to get on here a side bar that will control the directives on here, so that you can scan around to many sites (and hit the back button to get back here). It should werk out pretty ok, I hope. I'll also try to get the old (redone) bars page back up here before too long (maybe later tonight?). Check back latr, ok?
Rockne's is a very, very yummy restaurant. There are several up in the Cuyahoga Falls area (one that is literally across the street from Robz, around the corner form my old apartment), as well as one downtown. It's quite a delicious restaurant, and has many very yum things to try. Sandwiches are all delicious, and several submarine types have homemade fries on 'em (yummm!). There are also quite a few salads, as well as snacker-type-fried-yummo-foods, such as sauerkraut rolls and other fried deliciousness. They serve Coke (which sometimes tastes funny), but they also have Pepsi and an array of beers, which are also decently tasted. I highly recommend Rockne's (it's definitely one of my faves).
Scorcher's is a very tasty, heavily zingerous winger place. It's a type of bar, which is well-respected for their hot, hot, hot (!) chicken wings and meatballs--YUM! There about ten of these joints (I believe) up north. The one I've been to the most is right in Stow. One of my favorite items there is their wild-style (hot!!!) meatballs. They have special beer nights too, depending on what day it is. Delicious wings tho, and they've always had a full range of 16 BW-3 sauce types (which actually BW3 has just added four more "similar-sounding" sauce types to be pretty much the same as Scorcher's...Hmmmm). Delicious, satisfying, and always sounding good...Scorcher's is one of my faves.
The Thirsty Dog is a tasty yummy restaurant. It's a homebrew-type of bar, with delicious menu items as well. Their homebrewed beer types are good and yum, and their food is pretty damn good as well. They are located in several places; one near Belden Village mall in Canton, as well as one just west of Akron. I've eaten there several times, and really have enjoyed everything I've had, including ribs, chicken wings, and other treats. Their special potato chips are awesome, and they make a very tasty kind of beer/cheese soup which is way yum! I highly reccommend The Thirsty Dog, and encourage you to try it out!
