FACTS - call tracking, client profiling and reporting tool for the Client Systems area.
JONES - client profiling, literature tracking, and reporting application for Broker Dealer Support area dedicated to the Edward Jones brokers.
GAMaT - call tracking, client profiling, and reporting tool for cross-department usage in managing client activity related to the distribution of new software from AIS.

Chosen by Vice President of Client Services Division to be a member of a SWAT Team which was formed to analyze and make recommendations to top-level management on design and functioning of Client Data Administration.  The recommendations included:

Development of process and control self-assessment.
Improvements to staffing levels and training.
Implementation of up-front controls over incoming data

Prepared, tracked, created, and distributed compliance materials for proprietary bank-client fund groups, totaling over $2.5 billion in assets.  Interacted with bank clients to resolve materials issues and Board of Director compliance.  Identified, discussed and solved compliance problems with Fund Attorney and other internal clients.

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS OFFICER, MARINE WING SUPPORT SQUADRON, UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS

As a First Lieutenant, oversaw, directed and trained 200+ U.S. Marines.  Assisted the Operations Officer during missions in Saudi Arabia in support of Operations Desert Shield and Storm by performing duties in which I:

Planned, organized and executed large-scale building operations in Northern Saudi Arabia.  Constructing a base camp for a unit of over 400 Marines.
Extensive computer software related experience developing training databases and personnel tracking.
Liaison Officer for local units in our area of operation.
Planned, developed and oversaw a Forward Arming and Refueling Site near the Kuwaiti border - responsible for 30+ Marines and hundreds of thousands of pounds of Helicopter ammunition, rockets, bombs and fuel.
