Oh jeez I never know what to write in these things! *smile*. I am learning anything and everything at the moment because I have only just discovered this. I have previously been involved in martial arts and was pretty heavily into meditation and improvement of concentration. Well there's more but I you will have to gain my trust to learn it *smile*.
