Bem-vindo to the TEUD Home-Page! Here you will find the texts that describe the mood, history and modern scene for the Dream aspect of the mortal lands known as Brazil as well as the native Fae and their ways. This an optional non-official supplement for Changeling: The Dreaming. There isn't any kind of profit involved here and you may feel free to copy and print the material. I would only thank you if you kindly mention the authorship of the material.

In this site you will find: an introductory story to give an example of what the mood is like. Since I didn't finish it yet its parts are going to be posted weekly. Also you will find the texts of the setting itself to be downloaded. They are in doc formats. There is a lot to come, but I cannot assure a weekly post because they require a lot more work than the story. But I don't think that will be much time. The third part is the "real-Brazil" related material to give you more support on the setting. There is a lot more about Brazil than samba, soccer, Amazonia and Rio de Janeiro. And I'm not talking about bananas, Pelé or Carmen Miranda. There is also this section about what we are in need in terms of help to make the work even better. More details in the link. At last but not least, I posted some links about relevant sites of Brazilian culture. We are trying to avoid obvious things like tourism sites and trying to find sites in English. Some, though, may be in Portuguese. But, I think that if you are really into this Brazil thing, it cannot be so bad. A little real Portuguese language in the game must improve the "feel" of the thing.

I hope you appreciate our work and have fun with it. Feel free to email me to ask or comment about anything.

Até mais!

"You say we turned our backs to you. How simplistic you are! For centuries Men believed that the Sun abandoned the sky leaving the world in darkness. Now we know better, don't we? It's the Earth that gives its back to the Flaming Lord of the Sky, not the opposite.  That is Nature. The Sun is not supposed to follow a blind movement, is it? No my friend, we never gave our backs to you or abandoned you. We stood where we always belonged. It was your kind who closed your hearts to us! We entered the gates you could not for the big weight in your souls and it was your blindness that shut them!"

p.s. I don't know if you bothered to notice the colors green, yellow, blue and white. They are here because they are the colors of the Brazilian flag. Just felt it might be good to explain.
