LATEST UPDATE: APRIL 25, 1999 =:>
My new pet is at home... I've managed to buy a sympathetic Sony VAIO F150, a laptop much slimmer and lighter than its owner. It's very friendly and does not even bark nor purrs nor pretends to be taken around in the late of night to perform any bodily function.
A new beginning... Me and My Vaio have got together an Internet account with a local ISP, so that Me and My Vaio are finally allowed to lose grip with reality in exchange of late nigth web surfing, e-mail reading&answering and Usenet inane chattering (what a couple, Me and My Vaio!).
Come to think, it sounds like my Vaio is "taken around in the late of night to perform" some kind of "bodily function". Hopefully it will still refrain from barking.
The "other" home is still the same... Contrarily to the experience of the past 3 years, I still live in Twickenham, south-west of London, and I still work in the City, just next to The Monument.
To be more precise, I should have said that "I sleep in Twickenham" and "I live inside a building in the City". After all, that's where I spend most of my wakeful hours
I do work very hard... I am convinced that if I repeat that often enough, somebody will start believing it.
