This programme offers different levels of instruction depending on the language being studied: 6 levels in English and two levels in French. The curriculum is designed for graduate students in the fields of science, technology, arts, etc. who wish to further their studies in the oral and written skills of a foreign language. Included in the programme is classroom instruction, laboratory instruction, and computer assisted instruction. Instruction is based mainly on the use of authentic materials, infromation gap activities, and problem-solving tasks.
The Centre also offers a six-level programme especially designed for children. This programme aims at developing the four basic linguistic skills through a speciliazed methodology.
