'Light' has been accepted as a common Universal symbol for spiritual knowledge, protection, love and guidance by the Gods for thousands of years by most cultures and religions. Historically we can see this in Paganism, the Bible, the Vida, Egyptian hieroglyphics, Mayan rites, tribal lore, New Age beliefs, psychology and many more from around the world and to numerous to include here. However, with a little curiosity and some research, you will be able to find a great deal of material on 'Light' as a spiritual and religious symbol.

For our purposes we will describe it as a symbol of protection and conceitedness to the spiritual world, the Ascended Masters and the eternal wisdom of the Gods. Please keep in mind that this description is not written in stone and that there are many ways for You to see it and experience it that may resonate in your being beyond what you will see on this page. And that is how it is supposed to be ... there is no one answer for everyone. It just requires an open mind and a willingness to hear and feel something that may be new and different in your life experience.

A Tube of Light is just exactly that ... a tube of light. Much like the light that emanates from a flash light. To see and example of the tube of light simply take a flash light and go outside on a very dark moonless night and shine the light up toward the sky. Look at the beam as it leaves the flash light and watch it broaden as it reaches toward the sky. Do you know where the light rays end? Or do you wonder how far into the Universe the light travels whether you can see it with your eye or not?

Now turn it upside down and hold it over your head. If you were to look up you would see that the beam of light begins in a concentrated form and spreads out to encompass you until it reaches the ground. Have you ever wondered what happens to the light when it hits the earth? Does it stop? Is it absorbed by the earth? Because you can't see it, is it gone? Is the energy of the light altered or changed when it hits the ground? If the energy of the light were strong enough could it pass through the earth? How would it's altered or changed form be experienced where it would exit the earth? Thoughts to ponder...

Lets play 'let's pretend' for a moment. 'Let's pretend' that the light beam you are standing in is actually emanating from an unseen Universal Force that for lack of a better term we will call the Spiritual Hierarchy, the Creator. Now because I cannot see it with my eyes does that mean it does not exist? I can not see the air around me so does it not exist then, or electricity, or radio waves or exhaust fumes. Do they not exist then? In our game of 'let's pretend' let's agree that it does exist and that it exists in a form of energy that cannot be seen easily with our eyes.

So there you are, standing inside a tube of light energy emanating from an unseen force in the Universe. Now just close your eyes for a moment and using your imagination pretend it is about an arms length from your body totally surrounding you.

Good! Now since you are so good at 'let's pretend' -- let's pretend that as you are standing there, surrounded by this unseen energy that radiates light, and that you feel a sense of safety and a peaceful calm seems to settle in your mind and body and heart. Now pretend that you can feel pure love, love like you have never felt before, but have always, in the deepest recesses of your heart wanted to feel. Pretend it is surrounding you, penetrating you and imagine what that would feel like entering your heart. Feel the warmth, the glow, feel cradled and safe, feel touched and caressed in the very deepest part of you -- in your body, in your spirit, in your soul. Just pretend for a moment you can feel the light move through you ... passing through you like a gentle zephyr that carries the breath of conceitedness -- you to your source.

Now inside this tube of energy emanating light we are going to pretend that a thin blue line outlines the white light on the inside, facing you. And we will pretend for a moment that this line is a 'blue flame' and that it is a symbol for cleansing all the pain, and hurt and sorrow that comes to you. The blue flame purifying the energy that comes to you, transmuting it into pure love for you to return to your source. Remember, all energy returns to it's source.

The energy in the Tube of Light moves constantly, it is always in flux ... you return what you receive ... you receive more ... return more ... receive more ... ad infinitiuum ..

This is a very basic, simple explanation of the Tube of Light and an introduction to it's use. The more you practice the easier it will become to feel it and experience your conceitedness to your source, your Creator, your God(s).
