The Gods in all their wisdom gave permission to the Mother to hold in her hands all the power and medicene that the inhabitants of the planet would ever require to nurture and care for their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Fire, water, earth, air, plants, herbs, spices, minerals, ores, and crystals are but a few of the things the Mother holds for mans personal evolution with the planet and the Universe. We have lost touch with the Mother and have learned to ignore and devalue the resources she holds for development of the species of man.

We tend to forget that man has survived on the planet for eons ... and without all the technology of this century ... have you ever wondered how the species managed to survive that long ... without two cars in every drive way and a fast food restaraunt on every corner ... and bottles of pills in every medicene cabinet? Man knew intrinsicly how to use what the Mother held for him in her hands.

Since the dawning of cilization crystals have been used and revered for their beauty and powerful qualities. Litterally, every written language talks about the power of gems ... medicinaly and spiritually. The Christian Bible refers to crystals over 200 times. In Revelations the spiritually crystline city whose walls were made of crystals, whoses gates were of pearl, whose streets have only gold dust, whose crystalline formations were used in the foundation of new Jerusalem. In Exodus there is a description of the stones used in the breastplate of Aaron, the hebrew high priest. Twenty-seven stones are described adorning this symbol of protection. Crystaline structures have been found in the ruins of Babylonia and in the ancient tombs of Egyptian and Chinese rulers. And still today gems and gemstones are used to adorne, collect for their beatuy, and revere for their intrinsic powers.

Crystals exhibit two distinct properties ... piezoelecticity (pronounced pie-ee-zo-electricty) and pyroelectricity. Piezoelectricty .. is typical of electricity and often light that is produced by compression. Many cultures, early civilizatiions e.g., Mayan, Axtec, African Native, Celtic, and American Indian often used quartz crystals in their ceremonies. When struck, (compression) the crystals would produce a flash of visable light. Release of compression allows expansion, albeit minute, and concurret re-absorption of electrons which produce mechanical energy or a "vibration." Pyroelectricity is an elecctrified state, or polarity which is produced by and with changes in temperature. Pyrolectric states activate expansion of inherent energy when a crystal is heated. When cooled the energy contracts and remains within the crystaline structure. Tourmaline when heated in the embers of a fire, fist attracts ashes and then repells ashes. Other crystals will either attract or repel paper, thread or ashes. Topaz will hold this electron excitation for several hours. This phenomenon occurs due to electrical charges which accumulate on the surface of the crystal.

Each crystaline structure has it's own unique and distinct personality. Eons of Universal energy are stored in each crystal or rock fromation. Structures which contain more then one mineral possess a melding of the energies they contain. We often find that we are drawn to certain stones or combinations of stones and crystals though why may remain a mystery to our consciousness. As the unique energy of stones and crystals become familiar to us we may hear or feel the music and rhythm of the spheres in our own unique energy pattern.

All the energy needed to heal a sick and imbalanced planet is within the Mother. All we need do is listen and re-discover the ancient and forgotten healing arts, one of which is the use of sacred stones and crystals.
