Spring is a time when the seeds of plants begin to stir within the Earth to produce next year's growth. Animals also bare their young at this time. All of nature is in a state of renewal to provide for the future. This should also be a time when we should plant the seeds of our future.
What are the seeds we should plant? They are our hopes and dreams for our life. We all want Love, happiness, and joy; as well as perhaps growth Spiritually. But how do we plant these seeds and how do we know we have the right seeds?
The seeds exist within each of us, however so do many weed seeds! If we reflect upon our lives and how we have reacted to life, we can determine what seeds have produced something useful (those we wish to plant) and those which have only wasted our energy (the weeds). The weeds are characterized by those actions which require us to be dependent on others for our needs, where as the true seeds provide inner strength and beauty regardless of how others feel about us.
How do we plant the seeds? Our thoughts are the seeds! Whatever we dwell upon in our life produces the planting of the seeds. The more we dwell upon any thought the greater the nourishment of the seeds and therefore growth! If the weeds (such as no one loves me or I can't do it, etc.) are nourished more then the flowers (such as I am loved, I love others, I CAN, etc.!), the weeds will choke out and kill the flowers! Removing weeds from a garden isn't easy as any gardener will testify, but the blossoming of the flowers are well worth the effort!
May your Garden Be Blessed with many Blossoms!
