My name is Charlotte and I live in Houston, Tx, which is down near the coast of Texas.. It is about 70 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
I have being a Witness since I was 15 yrs old. It truely been wonderful to see how the organiztion has grown in all that time.
A LITTLE INFO ABOUT ME
married -- going on now for 20 yrs...have 4 kids.... two sons ( 19 1/2, 13) two daughters ( 15 1/2, 3 1/2 ) one dog.(a sheltie), a tiny tri-colored female,two cats--- (a motly colored female... mostly brown, the head is black), so ugly she is beautiful. And just got a siamese kitten. It is call a sealpoint.
I go to the North Main Congregation....( need to find out who all is our elders, just move to this congregation. will fill in the other pertain infor later
I have a mother, who is also in the truth. She has been a witness since '56. And I also have two fleshly sisters in the truth. The first sister is my twin, who younger by 6 mins. and my youngest sister is 2 yrs younger than me. as for Hobbies, I love to read... if i read, it's just for the fun of it... it would be a star trek fiction novel... i like sci-fic.( i know that it is not real and never will be - but like the lite sci-fic... never get into the heavy stuff...can't stand that. I like hearing the sounds of birds, rain, and the roar of big cats. Children laughing. and dinking on the 'puter. oh, and playing computer games, like Myst, the Jewels of the Oracle. If any one has played "Karma - Curse of the 12 Caves", it's a puzzle game for the pc, I sure could go for hints on how to play it... I can even get started...I don't know how to trace the lady that starts the game.
I would love to write back to any of the friends. But please include the scripture that was the day's text for March 24, 1998 ( where is it found in the Bible)
