Italian Beef Sandwich

Ingredients:

1 can beef broth (condensed)

2 cups water

3 tbsp. tomato paste

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. minced onion

1 tsp. oregano

1 bay leaf

1 lb. rare roast beef sliced very thin

1 large green pepper sliced lengthwise

Italian bread

Preparation

Combine the beef broth, water, and spices in a medium size pot and cook over low heat until spices are well blended. Add peppers and beef and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Dip sliced bread in the juice, add beef and cooked peppers and enjoy.
